Introduction & Program Design

We would love to welcome you into our safe exercise space full of commercial grade equipment. We work together to create your unique training program that meets you where you are at and propels you towards your goals

Training Session

Whether you are wanting to be supported to train several times a week, fortnightly or monthly, we will give you guidance on correct form and execution of your training program. We will also support you to progress your program so it is responsive to your goals

Partner Training

Want to double the fun and reduce the cost? Then bring a friend or family member. You will both be supported to execute your unique program whilst incorporating partner drills for friendly competition. Each person must attend an intro session for program design

Meet Claire

Claire, the founder of Trauma Aware Personal Training, is a highly qualified Personal Trainer, Specialist Menopause Coach and Trauma Specialist Psychotherapist.

 

With a strong passion for mental and physical well-being throughout the lifespan, Claire tailors programs that focus on holistic health, ensuring clients receive personalized care that nurtures both body and mind.

No Mirrors

We encourage everyone to tune into their body and not be distracted by what they look like in the mirror. A strong mind-muscle connection is necessary to lift effectively and build strength, balance and mobility.

Commercial Grade Equipment

Our equipment is state of the art and includes a full range of dumbbells, squat rack, barbells, bumper plates and adjustable bench. You will also find a dual cable machine, TRX suspension, walking pad and an array of accessories.

No Photos or Videos

You will never be surprised by your trainer taking a photo or video of you whilst you work out. Every interaction is with your full consent which also means that we will not touch your body or get into your space.

Just You & Your Trainer

One of the biggest challenges of exercise environments is other people. At our gym it is just you and your trainer so you can focus on your program and not the opinions of others. The best thing is that you get to drive the music so bring your favourite playlist.
